What do you need to confirm the stay?
A 30% deposit is required

Until when can I cancel my stay?
If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 7 days before the date of your arrival without any penalty.
In other low season periods we do not require a deposit: in this case we ask you to be correct and notify us in time if you are no longer interested in keeping your booking!

How are yoour breakfast in the restaurant?
Breakfast is organized as in a pastry shop:
You can choose the one you like best from our buffet (screened with plexiglass) and we will prepare your dish for you.

At lunch and dinner all 4 courses (appetizer, first course, second course, dessert and fruit) will be served at the table with an attentive and careful service
Hand sanitation will be required at the entrance to the dining room and the use of a mask when you are standing in the restaurant.
We will pay close attention to the sanitation of equipment and the environment, to ensure safety for the staff and all guests in the room.
More flexible entry times to allow for quiet access
We will be able to surprise you with the flavors of our Romagna, genuine dishes made with quality ingredients and cooked with love
Homemade bread and cakes!
We start from the good raw material enhancing the flavors of the natural ingredients

Is it possible to have a takeaway service for lunch?
You can choose to have your lunch on the beach, in the garden, in the gazebo room on the swimming pool on the beach (equipped with tables) or wherever you want! We prepare excellent menus, fresh and simple, to enjoy your meal in serenity where you feel most at ease

What are the entrance times for meals?
Breakfast: entrance from 7.30 to 10
Lunch: entrance to the room from 12.30 to 13.00
Dinner: Entrance to the hall from 7.30pm to 8.00pm
Out of respect for the people who lovingly work in the dining room and in the kitchen and to ensure the best possible service, we thank you if you want to be punctual.

How is the cleaning and sanitation of the rooms organized?
We have always used very careful procedures for cleaning and sanitizing the rooms.
The room will be delivered to you after careful sanitation: you can feel super protected! It will be sealed awaiting your arrival!
Strict protocol rules will be respected for optimal cleaning in complete safety throughout your stay.

How far are we from the beach?
We are on the first line of the sea. Just cross the seafront road and you will arrive at the beach. Our partner beaches have large spaces between one umbrella and the other, a good 20 square meters !!!

How far are we from the center?
We are in Rimini, in front of Bagno 84, around us there is a lot of greenery and even our beach and the shoreline have large spaces to enjoy!
Leaving our hotel you will find kilometers of shops and we are close to the largest shopping center in Romagna
We are about 2 km from the most central area called Marina Centro: you can get there on foot or by bike!
We are only 150 meters from the coast metro which takes you to Rimini station and the historic center in 6 minutes and to Riccione in 15 minutes: you can also load bicycles on the metro and go wherever you want!

What hours does the reception have?
We are Federica, with Giada, Ludovica and Viola you will find us at the Reception from 7
from 11 pm to 7 am you will find our very kind and attentive night porter.

What are the swimming pool hours?
Open from 10 to 14 and from 16 to 21
The afternoon is closed from 14 to 16 to allow guests who rest, the maximum of silence and tranquility
Sometimes the pool is also open in the evening, for long romantic baths … Ask at the reception!
